What Data We Access and How We Use It

Files and Media (on-device only)

Purpose: To scan, preview, and recover deleted photos, videos, audio, and other files on your device.

How it works: The app reads media and file metadata on your device to locate recoverable items. The contents of your files are processed on your device. We do not upload the contents of your personal files to our servers.

Storage of recovered files: Recovered files are saved locally on your device (the default restore path is shown in the app). You can delete these files anytime using the app or your file manager.

Device and Usage Information (via third parties)

For ads, analytics and app performance, third-party SDKs (e.g., Google/AdMob) may collect:

Advertising ID (AAID), approximate location derived from IP, device model, OS version, app interactions (e.g., screens viewed), and error/log data.

Purpose: To deliver, limit, and measure ads; improve stability and performance.

Network Access

The app uses the internet to load ads and check connectivity. No account signup is required and we do not maintain user profiles.

Do We Share Your Data?

We do not sell your personal information.

We use third-party services that may process limited data for ads and measurement. These partners are obligated to use data only to provide their services to us.

Data Retention

We do not store or maintain a copy of your personal files on our servers. Recovered files remain on your device until you delete them.

Any diagnostic or analytics data collected by third parties (e.g., Google) is retained according to their policies.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We strive to protect information processed by the app. However, no method of electronic processing or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
